Who Is This For

Divorce appraisals are ordered by attorneys, mediators, and sometimes the parties themselves when a marital home or investment property needs to be valued as part of a settlement. The number has to be right — it affects how assets are divided and, in contested cases, how the proceeding unfolds.

The appraiser needs to be independent. Not hired by one side. Not carrying a bias. Just an accurate read of what the property is worth on the open market.

What We Provide

A certified, independent appraisal report establishing the current fair market value of the property. The report is prepared to professional standards, clearly documented, and defensible in mediation or court if needed.

Why Independence Matters

In a divorce, both sides need to be able to stand behind the number. An appraisal ordered by one party can be challenged by the other. An independent appraisal — from an appraiser with no stake in the outcome — removes that friction and keeps the process moving.

Most inspections scheduled within 72 hours. Reports delivered within 72 hours of the site visit — plan for approximately one week under standard turnaround.
